Suppose a patch of land has one side greater than 30cm. Say 40 cm. Is it possible to get consensus between two warring panchayats on the fixing of 2nd zero? Also the first zero.
There is no Indian law to fix the position of zeros of ruler with real measurements.
My integrals for factorials with varying zeros might be a solution. A solution because there is a desire for getting correct factorials.
Suppose there is no desire to move towards more accurate factorials then the groups involved are interested in warring. Not solution. If there is a desire for more accurate factorials then peace and progress can be expected.
Panchayats can be educated about fixing zeros and try and find solutions to zero fixation. Using zero fixation formula. I may be transferred suitably to my family desired place in exchange. Back to corporate office at New Delhi.
Please help me, Modiji !!

A rare probability in incorrect factorials desires or extra reasons ?
Abel Prize winner Srinivasa Varadhan is my hero , then.
Yes. My factorial formula is less effective than Stirling formula.
Lord, help me see my limitations.
