In India the popular teas are Assam, Nilgiris and Darjeeling. When buying tea one must read the packet and understand the tea that a consumer is buying.
Assam tea is great for mornings. There is nothing better than a cup of Assam tea the first thing in the morning. I add sugar and milk to my tea.
Nilgiris tea is great for afternoons. 3 to 430 pm. I have not had Nilgiris tea for ages. But I distinctly remember the flavour. In south, tea is prepared in a different way than in North. In shops. Possibly Nilgiris tea is best enjoyed when tea is prepared like in shops in south.
Darjeeling tea is great for evenings. 7 to 830 pm. But I do not want to write on how to prepare darjeeling tea. Five star chef help may be needed. Darjeeling tea is that good and that great.
I don't have much idea on coffe. I am talking of filter coffee and not instant coffee. I like 75% peaberry and 25% chicory variety. One needs a coffee decotion making utensil in home.
Currently I have Surti tobacco. The taste is okay and this tobacco is flavourless. It is called khaini. Otherwise if one goes to Delhi only flavoured khaini is available. The flavoured branded khaini is not half as good as this unflavoured Surti tobacco.
