The hour glass tilts upside down

First things first. If infinite series gets equated to a finite series it is indeed a matter of time. More so if it involves binomials. 

The first expression is hour glass on one side.

The second expression is hour glass tilted upside down from the first expression. 

Both the LHS and RHS show hour glass tilted upside down.
