If I expect 'No Co-ordination' I do not 'Manage'

I thought let me write on how I communicate in office and how I manage in office. And my principle, which is natural inside is "If I expect 'No co-ordination' I do not involve in office work".

I am good in behavior.  I am good in constants.  My growth in this management style evolved over time.
