The value of p as below gives 2/1 numbers with 0s ahead correct.
But what if we need 3/2 numbers with 0s ahead correct.
The following helps.

I think a single value for p and that is p equal to 1 plus 2 by x plus 3 by x squared is my final submission.
This gives 2/1 numbers correcr and the number of zeros preceded correct.
