I am planning to lead a balanced life with my meals quantified.
My plans
Tea - In a day I plan to drink 4-5 teas. I do not drink coffee.
Breakfast - 3 stuffed paranthas or 4 normal paranthas with subzi or 6 idlis or 4 thick dosas or 2 cups of upma
Lunch - 3-4 rotis, 1 rice item (or) 2 rice items
Dinner - 3-4 rotis, 1 rice item (or) 2 rice items
Milk 500 ml per day planned.
