Why be confused whether cardio or weights is important for fat loss? Do both at the same time.
It is tough. But it gets you ripped in minimum time. And you have the word of a master for it.
Would not running with dumbbells a better idea? No it is not. As only arms can be worked out. But not chest or back

Sets means muscle name or exercise name.
Reps means numbers.
Forearms.
Biceps.
Triceps. Behind biceps.
Delts. The topmost arm muscle.
Traps. Shoulder.
Lats. Back.
Pecs. Chest.
Abs. Abdominal muscles.
Hams. Visible top muscles of legs. Front side.
Quads. Not visible top muscles of legs. Back side.
Calves. Lower legs.
Yes. Quads and Hams are wrong.
But there is a lesson here. The lesson is, remember when definitions become wrong the reasoning is the corrector.
Quads is the strongest muscle. I remember I was able to lift 210 lbs with both of them. I see that quads are larger.
Anyway, the exercises now.
The three most important exercises are Squats, Pushups and Pull ups. And it is amazing that they can be done in free body without weights.
I am a steel man and use steel weights. Not a bird or objects or a man breathing to do yoga.
