where we went wrong

There were three options we had when we decided to make India an educated nation.

1. Take out a ruler, a lens, a thermometer or any measuring device and explore the external world.

2. Be in a meditative state realize the field inside and learn adaptive and learning skills.

3. Hop between external and internal world with a sway in mind and use imagination.

We failed because we followed the third. "If only we gave permission to manufacture motorbikes only in India; our petrol bills would have come down by third". The ifs and buts mentality grew up. The argumentative Indian was born. An Indian who thought he understood the problem and got into depression because his solution was not accepted.

I tried to popularize the second from 2010 onwards.

I cannot but stress more the importance of following my suggestions. There are no consultants coming from the west. There are no help guaranteed from the oil lobby. Those days of pre 2000 are gone.

If the learned community of India are apprehensive of my methods, no problem. At least teach the guys PDCA, SWOT and OODA cycles. Plan, Do, Check and Act. Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats. Observe, Orient, Decide and Act.

May better times arrive. I am waiting for Modi 3.0.

Good wishes.
