Can all barbell exercises be done with dumbbells?
Almost all of the exercises can be done. The rolling abs barbell exercise cannot be done with dumbbells if dumbbells are not round.
What is the single most important ingredient for success in weights workouts?
The feel for exceeding just a little.
What is the single most important consideration in cardio activities?
Having no weaknesses in legs and lungs and metabolism. A cardio activity is successful till your weakest of the three namely legs or lungs or metabolism can withstand.
So, will removing weaknesses and strengthening legs, lungs and metabolism individually help?
It will help till a lot of extent. But ultimately coordination is also important.

Exceeded integer hour jogging without water or glucose, today.
I ran for 1 hour 2 minutes today. Rather jogging at 7.5 kmph speed without walking in between.
Ise kehte hain ghante ki daud. Chawal ki shakti.

I am the best in body processes. I do not think there is any competition here.
But genes and food are nature blessed. And habit.
I proudly drink whey. People think it is left out water separated from paneer. But do they take bcaa. Or creatine. Or melatonin. These guys have two choices. Have their balls crushed. Or their heads.

Today was another day of ghante ki daud. 1 hour of jogging possibly resulting in 750 calories getting lost. Ran for 8 km.
8 km in 60 minutes.
5 km in say 36 minutes.
World record is 12 minutes.
I realized the importance of length of barbell. Moment of inertia.
Barbell is important to create balance. Same speed and strength is needed on both sides. Left and right. Barbell is useful here to do correction.
Anyway I have joined The Gym, Dwarka.
I use 4 feet barbell sets.
I do a three set quick dumbbells workouts at home. Then go to gym. At gym I do abs rolling and barbell sets.
My music circle inside can give me a better body. So why not?
Secret to chiselled body.
Exceptional strength is my answer. Doing bench press, military press, deadlifts and squats at heavier side should be my solution steps.
Anyway my potential is in running longer.
